I enjoyed his arm around me, enveloping me in his warmth and his scent. I soon drifted off.

He looked down at her. She was fast asleep. Smiling, he slid her onto her own seat, buckled her in, and started the car.

I moaned in my sleep because I was cold.

He glanced over at her.

I twisted in my sleep. "Mark," I mumbled.

He grinned. "Yes?"

I was still asleep. "Hold me."

"I'm driving..." he muttered. Not exactly the best time. Unless she wanted the car to crash and for them to die.

"Please," I murmured. I had no idea I was saying this right now.

He pulled the car into a parking spot. "Fine."

I turned in my seat a little, but I was still asleep.

"Well?" he looked over at her.

I mumbled incoherently then said, "I'm cold."

"Yeah. Come here." He unbuckled the seatbelt and pulled her into his lap.

I woke up slowly and found my self in Mark's lap. I cuddled into his warm chest. "Thank you," I murmured.
