Jegero dragged herself out of the dust, glaring at the dark figure who stood there, smirking at her.
"Do you give up yet?" he asked tauntingly. "No." she growled, getting to her feet. His smile dropped.
"Come on! We've been at ti for hours. Maybe you never tire of losing, but did you ever think that maybe I tire of winning?" he complained. "Oh, you poor thing. It must be so hard being the eldest son of the best demon leader who ever lived! Oh, poor Avarice! Poor, poor Avarice. He keeps having to beat up his little sister! Let's give him a medal!" she spat, walking up to him to stare up at his eyes. They were identical to their fathers'. And they were wide as the full moon.
She let out the breath she had been holding in. "Alright, I'm done giving you a hard time. Go away and let me seethe in privacy." she said tiredly, and sat against a tree. He eagerly complied, leaving her alone. -
I attacked again, this time in the form of a lion. God, I loved shapeshifting.
-
(Oh no, not Avarice.)
I sat on the beach, the water washing up and going around my legs; then pulling itself back into the ocean. -
"That's right keep walking." I whispered to myself as my target, the vampire, walked alone into the alley. I was on top of a building waiting until he got a little closer. "Almost there..." He passed me, and from above, I jumped down on him, and without breaking a sweat, paralized him. "Silly naive vampire." I smirked and chuckled to myself.
-
I heard the call of my pack, calling us back to the base. I saw the demon I was attacking on the ground, helpless. Should I kill it? I wondered. It's not like I wanted this war, I'm just fallowing the orders of my father.
-
I stood up and started walking away. There was a forest nearby, and apparently another demon pack lived there. Although we were at war with them, I was a bit curious about them...
-
I looked down at the vampire and sighed. Sorry, I just want to make father proud...He almost never smiles... Hearing the truth slip out between my lips, I frowned.
-
(Yes, Avarice.)
She sat and waited. Waited for anything interesting to happen. She did regret what she had said to her brother. After all, she had asked him to train with her. It wasn't his fault he was so much stronger than her. She pulled out her cellphone, not much feeling like going back to the house. Tapping a few keys, she held it to her ear, until he picked up.
"I just started eating, so if you're expecting me to come and train with you again, you've got another thing coming." he said around a mouthful of something.
"No. I'm done for today. I'm so beat up, my thoughts are bleeding. I just wanted to apologize for being mean." she said quietly.
"Oh. Well, that's okay. Come back quick, okay? Mother made roast duck and a big cake for dessert!" he said excitedly.
She smiled to herself. "Chocolate?" she checked.
"Of course!" he crowed on the other end. "So get here quick, before Sehei steals it all again!" and with that, he hung up.
She got up to go eat now, walking in the direction he had gone. -
K3VIN NoviceI was on the ground useless pwerfuless i was a disgrace to my pack....I was mad and i unleashed a powerful black dome full of fire.
-
I looked at the demon again. I'll let it live I decided. I then turned into a bird and flew away, leaving the demon confused.
-
I frowned. It's not like I would cause any trouble. And if I possibly found something out I could say I was spying and pass it on to Dad. I started to smile, taking off in the direction of the forest.
(Sulfur had better not appear, then.) -
K3VIN NoviceI raised my hand and opened a crack in the planet..I was so mad i let all of the fire unleash from hell i stopped fell to the ground of weakness.
-
I picked up the vampire. "Thank goodness no one was around." I whispered to the vampire, though he wouldn't respond. Before anybody could pass by I ran home. Then in no time at all I arrived home. "The desert is the only place that calms me, y'know?" I kept talking to the vampire. "I wonder if we're going to sell you." I went inside the house and put the vampire in the basement. I cant wait to tell father...
(D: Gtg, BaiBai~!) -
I flew home and went into the house. "Father?" I called.
"Ah, Aliza, glad you heard my call, there is something I want to talk to you about dear." He smiled. He was nice, for a demon. I though.
"What is it father?" I asked.
"I want you to lead the troops to the water demons, we're planning an attack." He said. "Do you think you could handle it?"
I smiled. "Of course father. It would be an honor."
"Good, Be ready in three hours, we march at nightfall." He said as he got up and left. "Oh, and Aliza?"
"Yes father?"
"I'm proud of you." He said and left. I was in shock. He never told me that. I smiled to myself and went to get ready. Tonight was going to be a long night. -
(Don't worry, she won't.
Aww! Bye, Takos! *farewell tackle*)
She stopped for a moment, admiring a large array of colorful herbs her mother had planted here. Mostly star-blade flowers, here. They smelled wonderful.
