Other than crying, those all seemed irrational to Eric. "Hmm... when I met her, she seemed stronger than that..."

"Break-ups can kill people inside, especially when they think that person was....the one."

Eric nodded a bit.

I was a little uncomfortable talking about this, so I said,"Could we change the subject?"

"Sure."

"Umm....darn." I couldn't think of anything at the moment.

Eric yawned. "If she's not going to come back in, and we can't think of anything to talk about, I'd kinda like to go back to sleep."

"Okay. Night." I kissed him then got under the covers.

Eric climbed under the covers, kissed Ashley, and fell asleep.

The next morning I did my usual routine for getting ready, trying to not wake Eric up. -
(No clue. Hmm...)
Eric left the house after Ashley left her bedroom. -
(Maybe Ashley's kidnapped by people from Erics planet who just want him to get it over with and he doesn't know until a few hours later)
I ate breakfast and then made some for my mother. -
(Yeah, we could do that.)
Eric arrived at school early. -
(okay then)
I was walking to school because I'd missed the bus, having to help my mother and all. Two men were walking towards me. They grabbed me and before I had time to scream, I was knocked out by some tranquilizer.
