"Yeah..."
"Go on to class now boys." A teacher walking by said. -
"Well, I guess we should get going before we get in bigger trouble.."

"Right." He walked him to his class.

Once they got to the door labeled 'History', Nick gave a small smile. "Well, here we are."

"Kay." He lightly smiled and squeezed his hand. "I'll see you soon."

"I'll see you soon as well," he said, his smile widening a little bit.

He walked down the hall to his first class and sat down, mind still elsewhere.

He sat down at his usual seat, try to ignore the students that were pointing at him and laughing.

Hm, so they've heard. Alex thought to himself as he witnessed the same laughing and strange looks.

"Lonely there?" a girl sitting next to him asked as she snickered. He just sighed and rolled his eyes.

No one dared talk to Alex, but the atmosphere had the tension of rumors. The teacher began class as normal, oblivious to the matter.

The teacher had yelled at them to shut up, and began the lesson. But the giggling remained, though it was silent now.

There was apparently a note being passed around, but he tried to focus on taking notes for the class and hearing what the teacher was saying. Annoying, stiffled chuckles could be heard.

Though the teacher was usually oblivious, he could tell that they were gossiping, and the fact that Alex ignored it and they glanced at him made him realize. "What's so darn funny that you'd interrupt my class over?" He looked them. "Nothing sir." "Well then, pay attention to the board please." They nodded. Alex smiled softly.

He then quickly crumpled up his paper and shoved it aside, trying to get to his studies. But he couldn't. The snickering behind him never stopped, and the teacher didn't even bother to listen. In fact, the teacher was trying to ignore them as well, but he was doing a better job than Nick.
