My head hurts. I've been trying to get rid of this horrible pimple all day. It's done some stuff and it's still inflamed.

Gross stuff
I think it's working. I put a bunch of deep cleanser on top of it and it's starting to drain. It's an icky process, but it's working.

Should I take the soap off now?

Took it off. Didn't look any better. Put more on and put a bandaid over it. Maybe it'll be better tomorrow.
