I still think you shouldn't ban her just because currently there is no proof, and I don't want it to be a "he said, she said" sort of thing. I think that it would be better if this could be her final warning, and then if she does this again, take screenshots of the offensive content so you have the proof before deleting the posts, and then provide said proof to justify banning/deleting her account and then go for it. Because by then, we all would be able to see that you have given her a final warning (which would be this thread), and then you'll be able to show that she keeps posting offensive content/breaking the rules.

I think that some of the newer users who are on almost 24/7 can vouch for us because they have seen a lot of the content. But we will take your argument into consideration regardless, and even if we ultimately make a different decision, it is important to take screenshots so users who are more inactive are in the loop.
Though, I personally feel like taking screenshots of some of the things that have been posted would be really uncomfortable. I'm not sure where to store those kinds of.. things, and then showing them to you all as proof, without re-exposing the younger users to such grotesque content. :/ The whole point of it being deleted is so that nobody else is subjected to see those things. -
And I really do (again, personal opinion) feel like this has gone on too long. For years we have been giving her warnings on top of warnings. Just because some people haven't had the misfortune of seeing it first hand, it doesn't take away the weight of what we've had to look at and delete. So while we are asking for the community opinion, I guess it's hard to appeal to those of you who have only just returned, because you really haven't seen it all. Even I haven't seen it all, I only recently returned to moderating duties halfway into this year and I was told that 2 of the mods had to deal with her shenanigans alone. Which seems really unfair to me, that we've had to put up with that for so long and all we can do is sit idly by and keep clicking the offensive button week after week.

No one should have to put up with what she's been doing! She's taking advantage of everyone because she can do whatever the heck she wants and no one can do a thing about it. -

Thank you to everyone who has made their opinions known. The moderating staff has learned a lot about what you all want us to prioritize and how you think we should operate, and we consider that a worthwhile outcome even if this particular operation was a bit of a mess. We will be taking into account everything that has been said here and everything we've seen among your personal threads going forward, and hope to be more clear about the guidelines we intend to enforce in the future. Please be patient while we try to hammer out the finer details.
Regarding Drew, this thread will stand as a final warning. Further material that requires deletion will result in the destruction of the 1714 account.
