"Proclaimed" yes it's a tad different when your psychiatrist says that your actions directly correlate with bipolar mania and that the medication you were on triggers mania in bipolar patients -

why they are diagnosing bipolar disorder on a teen under the age of 18 (because teenagers usually experience mood swings from hormones), I have no f---ing clue
