"The boy laughed. "If you just now learned that, you must be some kind of idiot." with that, he walked away. I was confused, for more then one reason. Why did he call me an idiot? And just what is an idiot?

A few minutes later...
The recess bell chimed out. Carri and Tommy left the library, hand in hand. -
The boy walked over to a group of people, and told them something. It must have been a joke of some kind, for they all started laughing. I smiled, and walked along in search of more exciting places.

I spotted a familiar face in the playground. Dragging Tommy behind me, I ran up to the bronze-haired girl from yesterday.
Sue felt worry pickle her spine as Chris glared at Carrie. 'What is that LOSER doing with Tommy?!' Christina squealed -
I smiled, seeing the girl from yesterday. "Hello."

'Hi!' I greeted. Tommy smiled at the girl, just like I did.

"It's nice to meet you again, though I'm afraid we were not able to exchange names before you had to go." I said.

'Well, my name is Carrie.' I introduced 'Oh, and this is Tommy.'
Chris marched over to the two students. 'Hey, Creepy Carrie!' she shouted 'What the hell do you think you're doing?!' -
"I'm Marita." I said, and turned to the person who had come up behind Carrie and Tommy.

'Chris, I---' Tommy began. He was met with b----slap across the face!
'What the hell is wrong with you?! You run off with this--this ugly THING?!' The popular girl screeched, sounding almost as bad as Momma sounds when she yells at me. -
I stayed out of it. This wasn't my place to do anything, though I really wanted to.

To my surprise, Sue Snell darted in between the fight. 'Shut up, Chris.' she sighed 'You're already dating someone, why can't you just leave Carrie alone?'

I smiled as Sue came up to defend Carrie. It turns out I made an excellent choice in new friends.

'b----es.' Chris growled, stomping away 'All three of you will be sorry! Mark my words!'

"Well she's not a very pleasent sort." I said.
