  My current resolution that I just made up:
  
  New Year's Resolution (currently)
  1. Make a New Year's Resolution
  2. Do stuff besides being on a device for half the day
  3. Exercise more? (That's probably not going to happen)
  4. Enjoy life.

  Exercise is a good one.
  
  I wear sweatshirts out of insecurity, and my therapist said to not wear it will give me more confidence.
