She shrugged. "What would be the chances of your father letting a rogue vampire into his clan?"

"Oh." She frowned.

"Yea...." he yawned and leaned back.

"What are we gonna do, then?" she muttered, standing up and pacing the room.

He shrugged. "No idea..."

"It'd probably be easiest for me to just leave," she whispered.

"No!" he said, his feeling getting the best of him. "I..i mean...sure. If you want to..." he said, cooling down a bit.

She smiled. "I didn't mean forever. We could still see each other."

"Yea, in war..." he mumbled to himself.

"You wouldn't be able to sneak out?" she asked.

He shook his head. "The only way i could sneak out is through the forest...."
