He sighed and closed his eyes.

It was mostly boring, but she got to help decide a few things.

He closed his eyes and fell into another nightmare.

Part of her felt good to be back.

He was on the edge of the cliff. Holding her. No more meadow...no more grass...and flowers. Just dirt. The village beneath them....all gone. Burned to shreds. Even the trees...all gone. "No...nonono..no..." he whispers, rocking back and forth.
