"Unless.." he kept speaking. "You're alright with traveling for the rest of the night."

"I can do that." Akira said.

"Then we'll go."

"Okay." Akira stood up.

He took Akira's hand and held it very tightly.

Akira squeezed his hand and stood close to him.

Daisuke walked them away from the house and from the bodies, and once again to the large forest.

Akira stayed close to Dai, a bit more afraid of the dark forest now.

"It's okay.." he said again as he tried to find his way through the forest.

Akira stayed quiet. He squeezed Dai's hand again.

At one point it was nearly pitch black there, and Daisuke sighed. "We'll have to stop.."

"A-are we just gonna stay out here in the forest?" Akira asked nervously.

"I can't go any further.. Nothing is going to happen to you, Akira."

"O-okay..." Akira was still frightened but tried to hide it.

"Don't be scared," was all he said.
