"Okay.." Akira whispered sitting up.

From his bad, he retrieved a knife. God, he really did have a lot of weapons.
"Stay here," he said. -
Akira nodded and pulled his knees to his chest.

Daisuke wasn't gone for very long. When he came back, he had a white rabbit in his arms.

Akira sighed in relief. He was glad it wasn't some bad guy or a bear or something.

"It's hungry.." he whispered. He obviously had a soft spot for cuddly things.

"I don't have any carrots or anything.."

"We can find leaves to feed it or something.. later. Right now I'm tired."

Akira nodded. He was feeling a bit tired too.

"Alright. Goodnight, Akira."

Akira laid down again and curled up, trying to block himself from the cold wind blowing through the trees.

The bunny was placed between them, and it curled up at Akira's side. Dai resumed his mumbling.

Akira pet the bunny for a few minutes until he fell asleep.

Daisuke didn't have his bad dreams as he usually did, which was a total first.

Akira had nightmares about dark figures in the forest attacking him.
