Chester glared daggers into him, gripping his cutlery tightly.
‘Chester, you’re so cute when you’re mad~’
‘Go f--- yourself.’
‘Swear jar,’ Maeve said to lighten the mood. -
Jayden grabbed one of his hands, rubbing his thumb along it to try to get him to calm down.

Chester looked down at their hands, trying to focus on Jayden’s touch instead of Beatrice’s smirk.

Benji looked over at Beatrice, talking in a stage whisper. "No wonder you left him. I wouldn't be able to handle the anger issues."
Jayden tried to ignore them, turning his attention to Chester instead. -
Chester exhaled shakily, trying not to show how much Benji’s words affected him. If Beatrice hated being with him, did Jayden? He buried his face in his boyfriend’s shoulder.

Jayden held him close. "Hey, don't focus on them. Focus on me." He murmured softly. "I'm not leaving."

Chester nodded, sniffling. He brought his hands up and played with the ends of Jayden’s hair

Jayd stiffened. He didn't want him to touch his hair. Not here. He reached his own hands to hold Chester's and moved them away.

Chester let him, sighing softly. -

"I'm sorry." Jayden murmured. -
(ill be on and off for a bit but i'll probably will disappear soon)
'Its okay.' -
(I'm gonna go in like 5 minutes anyway)
Jayden leaned his head on Chester's shoulder. "Thank you." -
(oki, gn!)
Chester gave a weak smile, kissing his forehead. He rubbed his back and finished his food. -
Jayden ate a bit of his food before being done. He lost most of his appetite.

Chester glanced back down at his pocket watch.
