‘Yeah,’ Chester mumbled, burying his face in Jayden’s hair.

Jayden let him, sighing quietly.

Chester exhaled shakily, then pulled back. ‘Do you want to come with me to my office? I have work to do.’

Jayd nodded. "Yeah, I can come."

Chester gave a small smile and stood up, offering his hand.

Jayden took it, smiling as he stood up.

Chester kissed his knuckles before leading him to the door.
(Idrk what to do in the lead up to lunch lol) -
(We could skip the work stuff if you want?)

Maybe Jayden reads more about Beatrice or smth idk) -
(Either one of those works for me, what do you want to do?)

Jayden followed Chester out of the office, holding his hand as they walked to lunch. -
Chester smiled, walking to the dining hall. He intertwined their fingers and opened the door. Sat at the table, however, was a man and a woman. The woman had auburn locks and was wearing a fancy dress. Maeve sat a few chairs from them, glaring. Chester stopped in his tracks, freezing.
‘Why hello, Chester~’ Beatrice said.
