Writing prompt my Creative Writing teacher gave me that I like so much that I might turn it into an actual story: You're a normal 14 year old kid, except for one thing: time traveling assassins are after you
I heard it and just went "WAIT, does he time travel with the assassins? Do they time travel to kill future him because future him is a monster or something?!"
Might be able to add it to my regular assassin story idea because I love that story for no reason xD -
Also good reminder to look up more about blind people using echolocation sometimes because I want to use that for a character idea

C1 is a scientist/inventor who got hired by a notorious company to design and create different instruments and devices for them. It seemed innocent at first, until the devices slowly get more and more dangerous in the wrong hands. But one of the devices they were assigned to make has had some.... Nasty side affects. So they're taken to see the reason why they have to make it, after suggesting it, figuring they could learn what the side affects were caused by easier that way. That's when they figure out something horrible.
C2 is being held in the research facilities of the company. They call them an experiment, or a research participant. They think of themselves more as a prisoner there, but, oh well. They're being held as a prisoner because there's something.... Off about them (could be supernatural, fantasy, or sci fi). C1 was hired to make the devices for, to keep them under control since they tried to break out a lot.
C1 decides to break them out, but now they're both on the run because of it. They couuuuld fall in love lol. So what happens when C1 realizes why C2 was kept as a research study? -

October 16th. The night the sun didn't set- or day, I suppose. Does a day end if the night doesn't begin?
Some claimed it was the end. Others claimed it was the beginning. Some people believed it was a sign sent from the heavens.
All I know is that the night the sun never set was the same night I turned 16. The night I was officially considered a man.
Everything changed for the worse on that damned night.

Ok so in Creative Writing we did this assignment where we write on someone else story for 2 minutes and then gave the word document to someone else, and I'm going to post mine
I deleted some of it since the assignment is to make the story make sense (which is so hard lol) so I'll add stuff that I had to delete, but it's still insane anyways lol -
Fake fortune teller… Lucas Hooper
I walked into the tent, the smell of cheap perfume filling my lungs. This was my first time going to a fortune teller. I didn’t exactly believe the stuff, but my motto was to try everything at least once.
“I’ve been expecting you.” The girl said, her hair hidden under piles of silk. Yeah, I’m sure you say that to everyone that walks in, I thought before she went: “Now, take a seat, Kayla.”
I froze in the seat I was in. How did she know my name? I paid for a session right outside the tent, just a few minutes ago. I didn’t have to give my name.
She knew it right from the start, then she pulled out a chair and this mysterious looking glass ball, it looked like those ones from the movies that could tell your fortune. I had a feeling it was because she asked me what I planned on doing with my life and what goals, trips and more I wanted to accomplish and do. I have many goals in life. Some of my goals are to have a fast mile time, to be able to cook nice cookies. Life was too complicated for these goals. If only I could just not have to try as hard as I must. Maybe I could just have a simple life like everyone else. With a normal family, normal friends, and a normal school life. But after my car crash my life changed forever. My mother and father died and I was forced to steal food and raise my siblings on my own. If the police found out, I would be in very deep trouble. They would split up me and my siblings into different orphanages by age, and I would be left alone, never to see them again. And let me tell you raising you siblings in a tough job, especially when they nag at you all the time! My siblings were so annoying. They never respected my stuff. All they did was steal all my stuff. I decided to get back at them and steal their stuff. I at first stole my sisters bed. She was so angry but I would not give it back until she returned my stuff. If she didn’t want stuff like her bed stolen she wouldn’t have done this. This was all her fault anyways.
Everything was her fault. She caused me to have a breakdown and do things. Why did she make me do this?

There was more that I had to delete, like how a kid named Mason got struck by lightning that turned out to be just a big meatball in the flashback about how everything is her sisters fault... For some reason
And it mentioned skibidi toilet 5 times before I deleted it-
