I remember the first post about the idea of moderators, I swore that if I ever got the position, I would do it properly.

Congrats to everyone who became a mod, and thank you to everyone who elected them.
Now I was thinking that before a mod(s) tries to delete any posts, they should first talk to any other mod(s) online (since 2 mods are needed to delete a post)
If spammers should come by, we should all get rid of them as soon as possible.
If any of the mods are being flamed (being cussed at, trying to annoy etc) do not retaliate. Instead, wait for another mod to come on if none are there and delete the threads/posts
That is all I have, oh and if Gtq Guy does not get our MODS forum up and running soon then we should just stick in a thread until he does so -
It says 2 mods have to click the button to delete a post, but I deleted a troll post in one shot. It was old too, and unmarked. Is that a glitch?

Alright so two people have come up with reports of being penalized without any warning. Obviously a mod somewhere doesn't understand exactly what they're doing.

I think I accidentally got AP once. I wasn't sure of how the offensive post system worked, and instead of marking it the post got deleted. I didn't know it would add to the post time, either.

I have only deleted a post in the religion thread but that was with another mod because when I clicked on the offensive button, the post went gray and got deleted an hour later
Guys also some mods are being flamed pretty hard and in that situation we should all stick together and defend the mod unless proven the mod was wrong -
WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT! NOW I FREAKING TRY TO SWITCH MY ACCOUNT! FORGOT THE PASSWORD! NOW, I HAVE TO WAIT LIKE 5 minutes to post! JUST FHFJXBDBXJXJSJSJ!. I am sorry, but.. You need to try to fix this or all french toast breaks.

The other post I deleted was from a troll called "sonicx_gay" or something like that.
