I would say 16, personally.
A little more mature and serious, not to mention you don't have your parents there documenting every baby step :P -
It kind of depends. Maturity level basically. I'd say maybe a very mature 12/13 could with someone around their age. x3
-
14-ish.
Old enough to not make childish mistakes, but young enough to know what you're doing before you make teenage mistakes. -
16 because otherwise you aren't very mature. . .
What did I win? LOL! -
tongue AdvancedDepends on the kid. I think it's reasonable to say a 14 year old could be responsible enough to handle a relationship. I'd say by 16 no one can really decide for you anymore and that you're free to do whatever you want.

glitterchick97 NoviceI say 16 but it depends on ur maturity and if ur dating just for fun or because ur really in love:) I'm not allowed to date until I'm 18 because dating is preparation for marriage but I think I should have some experience before I'm an adult:( I completely understand my parents' point but still...

If you think you are emotionally ready i think that's when you should give it a go
-
Whenever your mature enough, which usually most kids actually take dating seriously like around 16 or 17.
-
i say...high school so about 14, but dating seriously probs about 16
-
I hate when young people go out. It honestly annoys me. And you shouldn't have to be worried about that when your in middle school. I'd say 16-17 like everybody else.
-
16. or maybe sometimes 15 is ok.
-
i honestly don't care anymore. to be honest everyone i've known for years (we all have) has been going out since what 9 years old. idk.
-
Depends on the person. Probably around 16
-
I agree with Ana.
LOL this reminded me of when I heard Mason had a date in fifth grade. And I wondered what the heck he'd do on a date with (I think it was Meghan) a girl in his class. I mean, he wouldn't kiss her, and they wouldn't hold hands... -
Forgot to mention I was in fourth grade at the time. When I still thought babies were born because of kissing.
