I used to be like that. Between 9-12 years old I was obese and couldnt run. At 13 I built up loads of muscle, but hadnt yet lost the fat. I was 6ft 230lbs at my heaviest. Now at 14 Ive lost 20 pounds of pure fat and Im 6ft2 and 210 pounds of muscle

Yes. My dad is 5ft8.5 and 213. Hes got a gut so big I (6ft2.5) have to bend over to hug him. But for him its all in the gut. Youre shorter and heavier so, assuming you arent an extreme bodybuilder, sumo wrestler or strongman (all of which frequently are obese by BMI) youre probably too fat. 50-odd pounds too fat

Yes. By about 25 pounds at least. You should probably work towards 140ish to get a better BMY
