    • Your waist should be half your height. For example, I am 6ft2 (74 inches) tall. This means my waist should be below 37 inches. Its 36 so Im fine. But take my dad. Hes 5ft9 (69 inches tall). His waist is 38 inches, the ideal size would be 34 max. See?

    • I used to be like that. Between 9-12 years old I was obese and couldnt run. At 13 I built up loads of muscle, but hadnt yet lost the fat. I was 6ft 230lbs at my heaviest. Now at 14 Ive lost 20 pounds of pure fat and Im 6ft2 and 210 pounds of muscle
