i eat more than a full grown hungry man but i'm 11 and 84.25 lbs XD i no understand!
-
You're growing.
-
High metabolism. I'm the same way.
-
:D

Help your brain, sure : )
First of all, full grown men eat widely varied amounts of food with widely varied effects on their weight. So saying you eat more then a full grown man is part of your problem..
Secondly, its highly possible you eat nutritionally depleted food, causing your body to crave more, and more without providimg the sustenance to allow for biological construction that makes you big.
Third, its highly possible that in addition to number 2, you aren't accurately tracking what you eat. That'll cause what nutrition you do get, your macros, and even total calerie intake to be off and possibly low.
Finally, be careful that you're not just hearing what other people say about you and parroting it back to yourself. Its important to take responsibility for your own self image and facts about your health and fitness. -
You're simply hitting puberty and starting a growth spurt. It has nothing to do with nutrition or metabolism. It happens to everybody (although most people on this site are probably too young still).
-
Growing has everything to do with nutrition. What are you talking about
-
So does metabolism. You know, since that's the thing that breaks down food and makes it into energy and waste. People with high metabolisms are skinny and they don't gain any weight (or hardly any) even if they eat like a grown man.
-
I know right xD
-
umm... thanks?
-
What I'm SAYING is that PUTZthecat100 shouldn't be worried about nutrition and metabolism yet. He/she will definitely start to gain weight and height soon. This eating isn't due to "nutritionally depleted food" or "high metabolism," it's due to PUBERTY.
-
Basically, it's NORMAL.
-
Minimoose,Its normal because the vast majority of americans ARE nutritionally depleted. There isnt a certain age where it starts to matter, infact its probably most important during your development.
Although if we're just talking eating a little more then usual its an entirely different thing. But eating as much an average man is just not normal for an 11 year old that size. -
To be fair the honest truth is he's probably greatly exaggerating. I was just trying to be polite taking the tikes question serious
-
High metabolism, just like me. It's nothing to worry about.
