Hello. I'm 15 and I wanna be healthy and want to be very flexible....only problem is that I don't like exercise. I just started gym class a few months ago and on the first day I could barely JOG half the gym without being completely out of breath. Throughout the class, I saw that my overall fitness and flexibility has really increased. But I know for sure once the class is over I'm probably never going to exercise again. I hate most domesticated sports mostly because of all the rules involved, I hate doing senseless exercise like running around a track and lifting weights. I mostly get exercise from going things. I never exercise for the purpose of exercising. I love taking walks and playing outside. Does anyone have an tips on how I can exercise to be healthier? :)

You can keep doing the long walks, that will help, but running will help even more. If you have time you should run a mile every morning. Also, eat fruit before you go out.

There's no way I can run a mile very morning. >.> I hate exercising for the sake of exercising.

Walking is good. If you have to go somewhere, walk. Hopefully the weather's good where you are, that always helps. :3
I know what you mean, finding motivation to exercise is hard for me too. I'm not gaining any weight, in fact I have a decent diet, but I know that if I exercise more I could get rid of that spare tire. x3 -
Walk wherever possible :) Try out a team sport with friends! (You'll be more likely to enjoy it then). Do zumba! It's so much fun and you'll feel fab afterwards :)

How about riding a bike? They're a fun and easy way to exercise. Also, swimming.

I think just staying actives better then actual exercise. biking and swimming and roller skating and all that fun stuff :D

Walking or Jogging.Dancing is fun too :P recently started doing that myself.Works well.

My suggestions because I am healthy:
1. Drink water. Like, a lot. No soda and stuff. ONLY WATER!
2. Eat lots of fruits and vegtebles. Eat meat and other stuff 2 times a week.
3. Walk anywhere.
4. Go hiking.
5. Try swinging.
6. Run for about 20 minutes each day, then grow onto higher times when you easily can run for 20 minutes or whatever.
7. Do the exercises on TV. -
i sugest finding a type of exercise you like to do so you can be healthy and still have fun. it works well for me
