Sebastian grinned. "What else should we try it on?"

‘I’ve tried it on practically everything in this room. We can run more tests tomorrow.’

Sebastian nodded. "Sounds good."

Vincent beamed. He turned off Barbara and grabbed Sebastian’s hand, starting to walk up the stairs.

Sebastian blushed lightly, following.

Vincent didn’t notice. ‘You can go to sleep in you want.’

Richard nodded. "Thank you." he smiled.

Vincent let go of his hand and pat his head. -

Sebastian grinned, walking into their room. -
Vincent skipped to his new room. He was the happiest he'd been in ages. He was fully convinced that once he showed his invention to the town, his parents would come back.

Sebastian unpacked everything from their backpack, and pulled out his notepad, sketching out Barbara and writing how the machinery worked.

Vincent changed into more comfortable clothes and sat down on his bed, staring at the wall and daydreaming.

Sebastian finished writing after a while, and started thinking. He didn't want to leave any time soon, surprisingly. Maybe if he found something wrong with Barbara, it'd take longer to fix her, and he could stay longer....

Vincent lay down in his bed, but couldn't sleep. He kept thinking back to Sebastian. He was definitely growing attached. -
After waiting a while, Sebastian stood up and walked down the stairs quietly.
