"Yes, I might need help carrying things," Ed replied with a chuckle, nodding. "Wait- ugh, I don't think I have money for food," he whined, crossing his arms over his chest. "Would I even use the same currency? Or not?"
-
‘No clue,’ James said, reaching into his satchel and pulling out a pouch. ‘I have a few coins in here..’
-
Ed hummed quietly, thinking for a moment. "I suppose I'll have to get a job or something, find some way to get money- or maybe I'll just scrounge around the house, see if there's any money there..."
-
‘Maybe. I doubt you don’t have money that isn’t from 100 years ago. Maybe you can sell those coins.’
-
"Mm, maybe-" Ed replied, nodding. "Hopefully they're worth something in this day and age-"
-
‘People pay good money for old coins. You could sell them at a pawn shop or something.’
-
"Well, that's good to know," Ed said with a chuckle, nodding.
-
James nodded with a smile. 'When do you want to leave?'
-
"Hm, whenever is fine- I might go scrounge around for some coins I can sell," Ed said, thinking for a moment.
(totally didn't see this until just now-
toootally-) -
(Toootally lmao)
James nodded. ‘Alright. Do you need some help?’ -
"Sure, that'd be lovely," Ed said with a smile, nodding. "I suppose you could just check anywhere, in drawers and cushions and stuff."
-
James smiled. ‘Alrighty.’
-
Ed smiled and walked out of the kitchen, starting to search around the house.
-
James followed him. He snapped a picture wuiclly, then looked at him.
-
Ed hummed softly as he walked into the living room of the house, looking around for a moment before going to the couch to search through the coffee table's drawers.
