Ed smiled and nodded, following after James.
-
James looked around.
-
Ed looked around as well, mostly just admiring the scenery he hasn't seen in ages. "This place has changed so much," he spoke softly, crossing his arms. "It's nice, I like it~"
-
James smiled. 'Yeah, its probably changed a lot..'
-
"It definitely has," Ed replied, nodding as he glanced back at James. "But, I quite like the change. the new scenery, the new environments, the new people-"
-
'That tends to happen after 100 years,' James laughed.
-
"Well, obviously, I know that," Ed spoke, laughing softly.
-
James grinned teasingly and walked to a meat stall. 'Does the oven in your house still work?'
-
"I hope so-" Ed replied, chuckling softly. "I'll have to check when we get back."
-
‘Alright,’ James nodded. ‘If it doesn’t we’ll do it caveman-style and set your kitchen on fire.’
-
"Pfft- yes, that sounds like a great idea," Ed spoke with a laugh, shaking his head.
-
James grinned. 'Sounds good,' he said teasingly, getting in line to the meat stall.
-
Ed laughed softly, shaking his head as he moved to stand beside James.
-
'Would you die if set on fire?' James asked curiously.
-
"Uh-" Ed paused, laughing softly. "Way to be subtle- uhm, I'm not quite sure, but I believe yes? It would have to be quite a large fire, though, I suppose. We're not like humans, but we're not exactly immortal or anything."
(not me literally looking up "could a vampire die to fire" to decide if i wanna follow vampire diaries lore or not lmfaooo)
