"Mm, never~" Connor said with a chuckle, smiling as he admired Evan.

Evan rolled his eyes, looking back at the cat in the crate who was still meowing loudly. “You’re okay, Amethyst, I promise-“

"She misses her girlfriend- I'd be upset if I couldn't be with you," Connor said, chuckling softly as he peered into the crate. "You'll see Penny soon, don't worry~"

“True,” Evan said with a chuckle, opening up the crate door to stick a hand in and give her a head scratch. “See? We’re right here- we’ll, I guess you can’t see, but still-“

"Wow, how insensitive~" Connor joked, chuckling softly and playfully smirking at his boyfriend.

“Oh, please, I was blind too-“ Evan said with a chuckle, Anethyst quieting down as Evan pet her.

"I'm joking~" Connor said with a short laugh, running a hand through his hair.

“I know, I know,” Evan said with a chuckle. Amethyst tried to sneak out of the crate towards Evan, meowing loudly. “No- honey, you can’t do that-“

Connor laughed softly, watching the white cat with a smile. "Ugh, I wish it was the end of the week already- I need Penny so bad~"

“You just need to get through tommorow,” Evan said with a quiet chuckle, trying to gently get the cat back in the crate and close the door. “You can come hang out with Amethyst and I.”

"Definitely- Wait, s---, no I can't-" Connor said, sighing softly. "I've got a thing for track, so I have to go up to the school for a while. But after that, totally~"

“Okay,” Evan said with a nod. “There’s no one there that would get you upset, is there?”

"Uhh, don't think so- I mean, our coach is an ass, but that's normal," Connor said, chuckling softly. "I think I'll be fine, I'm not slipping up right at the end of the week- I need Penny."

“Alright, I trust you,” Evan said with a chuckle, finally getting the crate door closed again. He look over at Connor as Amethyst started to wail. “We’re almost home, baby-“
