“Okay, good- I really wouldn’t want to make you uncomfortable or anything,” Connor said, a small smile on his face.
-
“Yeah, you’re good,” Evan said with a nod, smiling softly.
-
Connor smiled, pressing a kiss on the side of Evan’s head as they continued walking. “Ooh, I should take you to the skate park- Damn, shoulda grabbed my board.”
-
“We’re not that far away, we could go turn around and grab it,” Evan said, pointing behind them.
-
“True- Yeah, I wanna grab it really quick,” Connor said with a chuckle, turning around and leading Evan back to his house.
-
“Okay,” Evan said with a chuckle, quickly turning with him and catching up to match his pace.
-
They soon made it back to Connor’s house and Connor walked over to the garage, opening it. He hummed as he moved past his car, grabbing his board.
-
“That board looks beat up,” Evan said with a chuckle.
-
“f--- off, it’s not that beat up-“ Connor said, chuckling softly as he tucked the board under his arm.
-
“Don’t lie to yourself-“ Evan said with a chuckle, offering his hand to Connor.
-
“Okay, okay, maybe I do need a new one-“ Connor said with a chuckle, taking Evan’s hand. “I mean, as long as it works, why get a new one?”
-
“Fair,” Evan shrugged, standing close to Connor.
-
Connor hummed and walked out of the garage with Evan, shutting it before walking off again.
-
“Wait, so how long have you guys lived here?” Evan said, glancing back at the house.
-
“Uh, for a few years now, four or five?” Connor replied, glancing back at Evan.
