“Well, it’s got my entire schedule and stuff,” Clay murmured, crossing his arms over his chest. “Plus, don’t you want me maintaining my social media presence?” He added, rolling his eyes.
-
“Well, you can live without it until you finish those letters,” She said, gently glaring at him as she turned to the door. “Get started on those. I’ll be sending someone up.”
-
“Yes, Mother,” Clay spoke softly, his voice shaking a little.
-
“And don’t you ever, ever bring up not liking girls again, you hear me?” She said, her hand on the door knob.
-
“Yes, Mother,” Clay repeated, nodding weakly and looking down at the ground.
-
“Good, now hurry up on those letters,” she said, walking out and slamming the door behind her.
-
Clay exhaled shakily, angry tears filling his eyes as the door shut. Of course she’d be disgusted, why did I ever think I had any chance to change her mind…
-
(should we ts?)
-
(ye u^u
george comes to see him or clay sneaks out to see him?) -
(uhhh i think clay sneaks out? because george wouldn’t know and maybe george is confused on why he’s not answering his texts?)
-
(ooh yeah u^u)
Clay exhaled shakily as he peered into the kitchen, checking to make sure no one else was there except for George. He spotted the brunette and let out another shaky breath, walking over to him. “Hey,” he spoke quietly, his arms crossed tight over his chest. -
George jumped a little, his face lighting up. “Hey~ where’ve you been?”
-
“Not great, honestly,” Clay murmured, exhaling softly as he leaned against the counter.
-
George frowned, and stopped the facet for a second, facing Clay. “What’s wrong?”
-
Clay exhaled shakily, staring down at the ground. “My mom’s pissed at me, per usual,” he mumbled running a hand through his hair.
