“I’m that good~” Clay said, chuckling softly. “And I have managed to let my parents give me a little lenience? I used to have guards watching over me all the time, but now I have at least a little more privacy. And- I guess we would pretend we don’t know each other, so my parents don’t get suspicious.”
-
“Oh, okay,” George said softly. “And you’re sure you can keep it all under control?”
-
“Yeah, I’ve got it, don’t worry,” Clay replied with a smile, nodding. “Now that that’s all settled, could we go back to kissing~?” He half-joked, smirking at George.
-
“Is that all you want to do?” George said, frowning a little. “That seemed to be your first priority-“
-
“No- No, of course not,” Clay spoke quickly, shaking his head. “I’m sorry, I- Sorry, we- we don’t have to if you don’t want to-“
-
“No- it’s not-“ George sighed. “Sorry, I’m overthinking it- I- I’ve never been in a relationship before. That- that was my first kiss,” he mumbled awkwardly, ducking his head
-
Clay blushed and smiled, nodding. “No, that’s- that’s totally understandable, I get it,” he spoke softly, running a hand through George’s hair. He lifted his head, rubbing his cheek with his thumb. “I uh, I haven’t really been in a relationship either- I mean, I’ve kind of had girlfriends, but they were kinda short-lived, since I never actually liked them.”
-
George smiled a little, chuckling. “Wait, so you’re fully gay? You don’t like girls at all?”
-
“Not really, no,” Clay replied, nodding, “which tends to be a pain when all my mother keeps trying to set me up with is girls.”
-
“Oh, yeah,” George said softly, frowning. “How are you going to get away with that?”
-
“I’m not sure, but I’ll think of something,” Clay replied, shrugging a little. He paused, glancing around for a moment. “Do you wanna move somewhere else, rather than stay in a supply closet?” He asked, chuckling softly.
-
“Where are you thinking?” George asked with a smile, watching Clay.
-
“We could go hang out in my room- No one ever comes up there, so we’ll have privacy,” Clay replied, a small smile on his face.
-
“You’re sure? Nobody comes up there? Should we maybe not go up together…?” George asked. “Where even is it?”
-
“It’ll be fine, I promise- I asked a looong time to not be bothered in my room by servants or my parents,” Clay reassured George, holding him close. “I promise, we’ll be okay~”
