Georgie nodded, watching Casimir for a moment. "I'm sorry they're acting like this- I mean, seriously, it's none of their business who you marry, right?" They spoke, smiling a little at their fiance.

Casimir opened one eye. He gave a small smile. ‘Yeah.’

Georgie smiled and pressed a kiss on Casimir's lips, holding him close. "I love you, honey- and don't listen yo your grandfather, whatever he said," she said, giggling softly. "Okay?"

Casimir exhaled softly, snuggling close. ‘Okay,’ he mumbled. ‘I love you too.’

Georgie smiled, holding Casimir close. They hummed softly, rubbing his back as he kissed his head.

Casimir sighed softly. Something nagged him at the back of his head, though. ‘Georgie?’

"Mhm?" Georgie hummed softly in response, looking down at Casimir. "What's up, darling?"

‘Are you using me?’

"Wh- What?" Georgie asked in a whisper, trying not to sound hurt. "No- no, of course not, baby- I would never, ever use you, my love-"

Casimir buried his face in Georgie’s shirt. ‘I’m sorry.’

"No, no- don't apologize, please, hun," Georgie spoke softly, wrapping their arms around Casimir and hugging them close. "I don't blame you for asking, really. Just- please, know I would never use you or take advantage of you in any way, my love-"

Casimir nodded, holding them tightly. ‘I love you. I just don’t want this to end badly.’

"I love you, too, darling," Georgie whispered softly, rubbing Casimir's back. "I don't want this to end badly, either."

Casimir exhaled shakily, shutting his eyes tight. ‘I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have invited my family.’

"It's okay, really, Cassie," Georgie said quietly, holding Casimir close.
