Casimir frowned slightly, holding them close.

Georgie clung to Casimir, their breathing becoming more erratic as they mumbled nonsense in their sleep.

Casimir held them close, rubbing their back with a frown.

Georgie jolted awake in a panic, their breathing heavy as they sat up quickly. She sighed softly and tried to calm down, tears filling her eyes.

Casimir pulled them closer, hugging them tightly. ‘Shh. You’re okay.’

Georgie clung to Casimir, squeezing his eyes shut. "Sorry, d-did I wake you?" They mumbled, curling closer to him.

‘No, I was awake before this,’ Casimir said softly. ‘Did you have a nightmare?’

"Mhm," Georgie hummed in response, nodding a little.

‘What about?’ Casimir asked softly.

"A-About my dad, and- and your family..." Georgie murmured, curling closer to Casimir. She exhaled shakily, burying her face in his shoulder.

Casimir sighed softly, rubbing their back. ‘Do you want to tell me what happened?’

"N-Not really- honestly, I- I don't remember much, I usually f-forget what happens in my dreams when I w-wake up," Georgie mumbled, curling closer to Casimir. "It- it shook me up, t-though..."

‘Okay, that’s okay,’ Casimir said softly, holding them close. ‘I’ve got you, okay? You’re safe.’

Georgie nodded, exhaling shakily as they clung to Casimir.

Casimir rubbed their back.
