“Uh, favorite fruit is strawberries, easily,” Nicks said with a chuckle. “Favorite thing to eat… man, that’s hard. Probably Lobster mac n cheese. You gotta do it right, though-“

“Mm, I’ve never had Lobster Mac n Cheese, but it sounds good~” Karl said with a smile, eating a few more slices of banana.

“Oh, it’s so good,” Nick said with a smile, nodding.

“Maybe you’ll have to make it for me someday,” Karl joked, chuckling softly as he ate another banana slice.

“Yeah, maybe,” Nick said with a nod, smiling gently. “I’m not great at cooking, but I can try.”

Karl smiled a little, watching Nick for a moment before looking back down at his plate. He reluctantly ate another slice, staring at the plate for a moment. “Yeah, I- I don’t think I can eat any more,” he murmured, exhaling softly.

“Alright,” Nick said with a nod, standing to take his plate. “Not bad. You ate a good bit, that’s all I’m asking~”

Karl smiled a little and nodded, handing Nick the plate. He exhaled softly, crossing his arms over his chest.

Nick hummed quietly, eating the rest of the banana as he walked into the sink. He placed the plate in the dishwasher, humming.

Karl yawned softly, laying back against the couch as he rubbed his face with his hands.

“You tired?” Nick asked, leaning against the counter.

“Yeah, a bit,” Karl murmured, yawning again. He looked over into the kitchen, watching Nick from his spot on the couch. “What time is it?”

“Only like, seven thirty,” Nick said, glancing at his phone. “You also have to have your meds before you go to bed.”

“Right, yeah,” Karl replied with a nod, yawning again. “I honestly might just go to bed now, I’m tired as all get out-“ He giggled, remembering Nick said the exact same thing earlier. “s---, guess I should ask my dad to bring over some of my things-“

Nick giggled a little. “I can go over there and grab some stuff, if you want,” He said with a shrug.
