Chris exhaled softly, lifting his head after a moment. “I’m sorry, I- f---, I’m supposed to be comforting you,” he said, chuckling awkwardly.

‘It’s okay,’ Mason said, giving a small smile.

Chris chuckled softly, hugging Mason close. “I really did miss you,” he murmured softly, resting his head on his shoulder.

Mason gave a small smile. ‘I missed you too,’ he said quietly.

Chris smiled a little, hugging Mason closer.

Mason snuggled close.

Chris hummed softly, rubbing Mason’s back.

Mason smiled slightly, gently pecking his cheek. ‘Thanks for staying,’ he said quietly.

Chris flushed bright red, a smile spreading across his face. “Uhm, no- no problem~” He said quietly with a chuckle, holding Mason close. “I mean, you’d do the same for me, so-“
