  Is it bad if I make a quiz that's just random so I can level up? Like there is no other purpose for it and it's not even good or makes sense? Or will I be banned or something?

  no you're not gonna be banned lol
  but don't just make a spam quiz with questions like "aaaaaaasaasdjfjdj" you can try to put at least a liiiitle effort into it. i just have a bunch of "funny quotes" quizzes after all lmao

  you have to be novice level to change your profile pic, you can level up by posting in the forums or making quizzes or polls. after that the option to change your profile pic should appear right underneath it on your profile page
