“Here, come sit by me-“ Jared said with a chuckle, grabbing Liam’s hand and pulling him closer to sit on the piano stool beside him. -

Liam blushed a little, nodding as he scooted over. “So what do I do?”
(bro i feel like one should sing and one can play piano or a bunch of instruments and they’re the cutest duo) -

i had originally wanted to make jared be a pianist and singer for joining their youth band, but that’s even better >:)
OR like, jared teaches liam how to play piano or smth??)
“Here, put your hand here,” Jared said, wrapping his arm around Liam and guiding his right hand to make a C chord on the piano. “Now, play the chord-“ -

Liam nodded, sticking his tongue out slightly as he pressed down on the keys, sound ringing out of the piano. -

“Beautiful~” Jared said with a smile, watching Liam for a moment. “That was a C chord. Let’s try a G,” he spoke, showing Jared where to put his hands next. -

“Okay,” Liam said with a chuckle, following Jared’s instructions and moving his hands into place. Once Jared said he could, he pressed onto the keys, another note ringing out. -
“Awesome, Bug,” Jared said with a smile, admiring his boyfriend. “Now, let’s try an A,” he added, shifting a little closer to Liam and showing him where to put his hand.

Liam nodded, moving his hands and pressing the keys when he could. “Oo, that one sounds nice-“

Jared chuckled softly, nodding. “Alright you try it on your own- Play me a C chord,” he spoke, moving his arm to wrap around Liam’s waist.

“Oh, uh,” Liam paused, hovering his hands over the keys for a moment before placing them where he thought the C chord was, pressing down on them.
