“Ehh,” Evan said with a chuckle, finishing off applying the aloe vera. “I mean- not anymore, but you really were, babe.”

“Pfft- You’re not wrong,” Connor said with a chuckle, nodding. “I sometimes get some sun when I’m training or at practice, though, so I’m not always as white as a ghost-“

“Yeah, true,” Evan said with a chuckle, shrugging. “Alright, your back is slathered up-“

“Stop using that word, my God,” Connor said, chuckling. “Sounds so f---in’ weird-“ He grabbed the bottle and poured some on his hand, putting some aloe vera on his chest before pulling his shirt back on.

“Exactly why I’m using it~” Evan said with a laugh, leaning back in his seat.

Connor chuckled, rolling his eyes. He leaned back in his seat, grabbing a bottle of hand sanitizer and cleaning off his hands as best he could. “You’re such an ass sometimes,” he joked, playfully smirking at Evan

“I try my best~” Evan said with a chuckle, crossing his legs. “I mean, you seem to like it, so~”

Connor laughed, resting a hand on Evan’s thigh. “I love you~“ He said with a smile, rubbing his thumb against his leg.

“I love you too,” Evan said with a smile, leaning his head again the headset and studying Connor.

Connor hummed softly, glancing at his boyfriend with a smile.

“We should probably head back and go to bed- what time do you guys usually have to wake up for breakfast?” Evan asked quietly.

“Around 7:30, then we get to the mess hall at around 8-8:15?” Connor replied, gently squeezing Evan’s thigh.

“Huh, gotcha,” Evan said, nodding. “Yeah, we usually get up at like, eight- well, the campers do. I get up at 7:30.”

“Yeah, that’s around the time I get up,” Connor replied, nodding. He yawned softly, rubbing Evan’s thigh with his thumb.

“You should text me then, rather then like, 8, because my kids are gonna assume I’m texting someone, y’know-“ Evan said with a chuckle, placing his hand over Connor’s.
