“Um,” Liam paused, think for a moment. “Yeah, I guess so? Just- not too much and not for too long.”

“So, like this?” Jared asked, pressing a short but sweet kiss on Liam’s lips. “Was that okay?”

Liam smiled a little bit, nodding . “Yeah, like that.”

Jared smiled and kissed him shortly again, hugging Liam close. “Gah, you’re too adorable, Bug~”

Liam giggled quietly, hugging Jared back. “Stop it, says you~”

“You are adorable~” Jared said with a chuckle, pressing another short kiss on his lips.

Liam giggled quietly, blushing and hugging Jared close. “Stop it-“

“Neverr~” Jared said with a chuckle, peppering Liam’s face with kisses.

“Okay, okay- stop,” Liam said with a giggle, moving his face back a little.

“Ahh, just one last kiss~“ Jared said with a chuckle, pressing one last, short kiss on Liam’s lips. “Okay, I’m good now~”

Liam giggled quietly, ruffling Jared’s hair. “You are too sweet~”

Jared chuckled, leaning into Liam’s touch with a smile. “No, you are~”

Liam giggled quietly, moving his hand to rest against Jared’s cheek. “Well, I’m glad you’ve recovered, Jared,” Evan said with a genuine smile, approaching the two. He scared the living daylights out of Liam, quickly moving his hands away and wringing them together.

“Yeah, almost f---in’ died out there,” Jared joked, chuckling softly as he wrapped an arm around Liam’s waist.

“No you didn’t,” Liam said with a giggle, glaring playfully at Jared
