Hazel pulled out some money and handed it to the clerk.

"Thank you." The clerk handed her some change and the eclair and baguette.

‘You too,’ Hazel said, taking the breads and handing the baguette to Jackie.

Jackie took a bite of his bread, walking out of the line.

Hazel followed him and lead him out the store. She broke her eclair in half.

Jackie followed. "I think you've made an enemy in that clerk." He chuckled.

‘Shush, I’ve made enemies out of a lot of clerks.’

"I don't blame them."

‘Shut up and eat your bread,’ Hazel huffed, handing him half the eclair.

Jackie took the eclair. "Thanks!"

‘You’re welcome,’ Hazel chuckled.

Jackie ate it, grinning.

Hazel chuckled, taking a bite out of her half eclair. ‘So, what do you think?’

"It's really good."
