Theo chuckled. "How's it been without me?" He asked curiously. "How's Cohen? How're you?"
-
Hazel paused for a moment before answering. She didn't want to answer like she wasn't over Theo, which was true, but he didn't want him to think that. 'It's been fine. I nearly failed French without you, though. Cohen's good.' She didn't answer the part about herself.
-
Theo chuckled. "Of course you did. Sorry I couldn't keep tutoring you. That's good!" He noticed she didn't answer the question about herself. "How are you?" He asked, figuring she might just not have heard him.
-
'Yeah, I blame you for my low GPA,' Hazel said jokingly. She paused a little before answering. 'I'm all good,' she said, shrugging. It wasn't really true.
-
"I said sorry!" Theo laughed. He noticed her small hesitation, and waited for her to say more. When she didn't, he raised his eyebrows for a moment before moving on. "That's good."
-
Hazel gave a weak smile and nodded. 'Yup. Let's go get some French bread, then?'
-
Theo smiled, nodding. "Of course!" He opened the door to the shop and opened it for her.
-
Hazel smiled fully and walked in the bakery.
-
"You pick a bread first."
-
Hazel looked at the bread on display. 'Do they have any crossohs?' she asked, saying crossiant in a mocking French accent.
-
Theo rolled his eyes. "Yes they do. But if you order it like that, I'm leaving."
-
'Whyyyy? I would love a crossoh!'
-
"Just say it like normal!"
-
'I always say it like crossoh!'
-
"God, I hate you."
