Abysal hummed softly at Taliesin's words, removing his hands from the other man once he has his balance. "You may call me Abysal, that's the name Elda uses for me" he said, before asking "would you be comfortable with wearing things on your hooves? I noticed you have difficulty walking on the deck."
Elda moved closer to the ship once more, lifting her head out of the water and peering at the gathered crew with one giant eye, making a high whistling sound in greeting -
Taliesin pauses as he considers it. " that wouldn't be a bad idea. My Hooves have trouble gripping onto wood, as they're made to traverse over rough terrain." He agrees. " hm. Thank you, Abysal. I will keep that name in mind." The fae smiles gently
And then, he moves back over to the side to gaze down at Elda. A soft smile on his face as he waves back at the giant squid. A soft chittering comes from the Fae's lips. Not well versed in communicating with oceanic life, but wanting to make an effort to communciate with her, on her terms.
'Greetings, Miss Elda. My name is Red, its a pleasure to meet you.' -
Jane Doe finished her food quite quickly. It was evident she was very hungry. She finished her beer then walked to the side of the ship, stood next to the captain. She glanced at the man, a curious expression crossing her face. She said nothing, but looked at the giant squid. It - or rather, she - hadn't attacked the ship yet, so Jane supposed she was friendly.
'How did you find us?' Jane asked the captain. It'd been the one thing pressing her. 'There are no records of me, as far as I'm concerned. How did you know I - and the rest of your new crew - want to overthrow the Golden King?' -
Can I get out of character? Just so you know I’m not here tomorrow. I’m going to Japan

Gillywood sighed, "okay... Not working" he walks below the deck looking for thier bunks. He gives up and is right below where the squid monster is. "Typical, I'm too quiet..." He materialises water and plays about with it.

Elda cooed at the fae, wrapping herself around the ship to get a closer look at him, causing the ship to tilt under her weight
Abysal looked over his shoulder towards Jane, the golden beads in his deadlocks rattling together "there's nothing in this world that can hide from the Old God's. Finding the information I wanted was simply a matter of bargaining" he said, his eyes glowing ominously before he turned and headed down into the ships bowls. -
" Well, aren't you a beautiful creature." The Fae hums softly placing a hand out, waiting for permission to make contact with her tentacle, intrigued by the colours and patterns swirling beneath.

Jane stared at the back of his head. Her expression formed into a faint frown before she looked to the giant squid. She seemed friendly enough, Jane thought.

Gillywood soon smelled squid. "The f--- is that" walking up onto the deck he tripped again, falling back down. "WHOOAAAA!"

Adonis stared at Gillywood for a few seconds, then turned his attention to the giant squid. He could barely balance himself on the tilted ship that he and the crew on, but he remained strong enough to do so.

Elda gently pressed the tentacle against Taliesin's hand, whistling to him before she wrapped a tentacle around Gillywood to stop him from falling, setting him carefully on his feed while making a series of deep noises that sounded suspiciously like laughter

Taliesin feels something warm in his chest, something he hasn't in quite a few years. He gently runs his hand down the length of the tentacle back and forth with a soft smile

Gillywood looked a bit uncomfortable "th-thanks... Squid thing" he waits for the creature to put him down before saying "I'm Gillywood Fletcher, and you are?"

Calypso somehow managed to keep her cool in all the chaos,calmly sitting and watching everything with a good mug of beer
