Ernest smiled. "Cool. Can you make those weird potions the village is always saying you guys can do?"

‘Some can. I’m decent at it, I guess.’

"Do you have a favorite potion to make?"

‘Not really.’

"Alright." Ernie tried to think of another question. "Any magic stuff you have that I ought to be warned about?"

Mahina thought about that for a moment. ‘I don’t think so.’

"Alright, great. Any other witches I ought to be warned about? Some... Less nice ones specifically?"

‘Not that I know of. My roommate doesn’t particularly like humans, but I trust you’ll probably be feeling well enough to go home by then?’

Ernest shrugged, not really wanting to go back to his village, especially since he didn't want to say bye to Mahina anytime soon.

Mahina grabbed both their plates and put them in the sink. ‘Any more questions.’

Ernie thought for a moment before shaking his head. "Thanks for telling me all this." He said with a gentle smile.

"Nope." Ernest said quickly, blushing.

Mahina grinned. ‘You do!’

"Nope! Why would you even think that!" He laughed nervously.
