"Very specific." Ernie chuckled. He stopped trying to pet Finn and sat down on the floor.

Mahina sat on the sofa, still holding Gloria. ‘Whatcha painting?’ she asked.
‘A spe-‘ Orion started. He noticed Ernest was a human, and cut himself off. -
Ernie raised an eyebrow and pursed his lips, but said nothing.

Mahina’s eyes widened slightly and glanced at Ernest. ‘Cool!’ she said, feigning a cheerful tone.

Ernest looked over at Mahina's face, knowing something was up. "What's happening?" He mouthed to her.

‘Nothing! Why?’ Mahina asked.

Ernie rolled his eyes. "Oh come on, you know what I'm talking about." He motioned toward the canvas.

Mahina pursed her lips. ‘I’ll tell you later.’
Finn jumped on top of Ernest. -
"Ack!" Ernest laughed. "Get off of me!"

Finn licked Ernest’s cheek. Mahina laughed.

Ernie smiled, petting Finn. "Good puppy." He said, even though Finn was just a liiittle too big to be considered a puppy.

‘I don’t think he’s a puppy,’ Mahina said with a laugh. Gloria barked.

"Gloria, do you want attention?" Ernest chuckled.

Mahina pet Gloria. ‘Who’s the best dog?’ she cooed. Finn barked.

"That's right Finn, you are, obviously." Ernie said in a baby voice, petting Finn. Gloria growled.
