"Hey!" Orion said, looking up from his painting. "Not in front of the dogs!"

‘Sorry!’ Mahina said, but with a small chuckle.

The dogs clearly didn't care, they just stared at the two of them.

Mahina pet Gloria.

Ernest pet Finn, but he was looking at Mahina, taking notice of how beautiful he thought she was.

Mahina glanced at him. She chuckled and returned her attention to Gloria.

"What?" Ernie said once Mahina looked back at him.

‘Do you always stare at people like that?’ Mahina asked, not rudely. Orion smirked to himself.

Ernest blushed. "Like what?" He said nervously, deciding to play dumb.

‘Like how you just looked at me,’ Mahina said with a sly smirk.

"I dunno what you're talking about." Ernie lied. Even Finn looked like he didn't believe him.

‘Mhmmm,’ Mahina said, smiling evilly. ‘Riiiiight.’

"What?" Ernest asked nervously. "Finn, help me." He whispered to the dog. Finn just licked his face.
