Mahina grinned. 'Thanks!' she exclaimed, taking the staff. 'It's so light!'

Selene smiled. "Just don't go flaunting it around to everyone. We don't want you burned at the stake."

Mahina huffed. 'Yeah, that wouldn't be good. Do you think the humans will be able to see it?'

Selene thought for a moment. "The warlock didn't say anything on if they'd be able to see the actual magic, but don't you dare risk it." She said sternly.

Mahina pouted. 'Fine.'

Selene gave her a look like she'd get in big trouble if she did, but didn't mention it.

Mahina rolled her eyes. 'I won't!'

"Good." Selene unpacked more. "Did you let a wolf in like last time I left?" She said as she went in their room to put her clothes away.

'No! That was a one-off!'

Mahina couldn't help but laugh. 'It was!'
