Chester smiled softly, holding him tightly. ‘Good,’ he said quietly, massaging his back.

Jayden nodded. "Yeah. Are you?"

‘I suppose,’ Chester said, kissing his nose.

"Well that isn't too hopeful." Jayd chuckled.

Chester laughed softly. ‘I’ll feel much better after confronting Beatrice and your poor dumb--- brother.’

Jayden laughed. "Fair enough."

Chester smiled and kissed his forehead. ‘I think I’m going to tell Blondie about it now, if you’re feeling better. Unless you’ve changed your mind and do want me to shower you with love.’

Jayd shrugged. "Either one's fine by me." He didn't say it out loud, but he wouldn't mind being showered with love at that point.

Chester rubbed his nose against Jayden’s. ‘Hm, okay,’ he said quietly, kissing his neck. ‘I‘ll be right back, alright? And when I am we’ll organise a date night. How does that sound?’

Jayd perked up. "Yes please." He murmured happily.

Chester smiled and kissed his nose, before standing up. ‘Perfect. I won’t be long,’ he said, walking to the door.

"Ok." Jayden laid down on the bed. "Bye."

Chester smiled as he opened the door. ‘Love you,’ he said, then shut it and walked to Astrid’s room. He knocked on the door.

Jayden blushed. "Love you too." He said before Chester left.
"Come in!" Astrid said, voice slightly muffled. -
Chester opened the door and took a step inside Astrid’s room. ‘Blondie.’
