Chester buried his face back in Jayden’s hair, not replying.

Jayd wrapped his arm around him. "You ok?"

Chester sighed, pulling him close. ‘Yeah.’

"Ok..." Jayden leaned into him.

Chester wrapped both his arms and wings around Jayden. ‘I can’t bear the thought of losing you, Jayden.’

"Hey, you're not losing me." Jayd said, looking up at Chester. "I'm right here, beautiful."

Chester nuzzled into him. ‘R-Really?’

"Yes, really." Jayden cupped Chester's chin in his hand and gently tilted his head so he could look him in the eyes. "You're not losing me."

Chester looked down at him, taking a deep breath. ‘Yeah, okay.’

Jayd gave a small smile to try and boost his boyfriends mood.

Chester smiled weakly back.

Jayden kissed the top of his head.

Chester nuzzled into him. ‘I love you.’

"Love you too." Jayd murmured.

Chester held him close.
