Chester huffed. ‘Fine.’

Jayd smirked. "Finally." He murmured happily.

Chester rolled his eyes. He kissed Jayden’s cheek.

Jayden blushed, smiling.

Chester grinned. ‘Let’s go get this shapeshifting malfunction fixed, shall we?’

"Got any ideas as to how?" Jayd asked, nodding.

‘We can go consult my doctor, I suppose. Let’s go check his office,’ Chester said, standing up.

"Ok." Jayden stood up.

Chester grabbed his hand and walked to the exit.

Jayd followed quickly with him, smiling.

Chester held him close, bat wings sprouting from his back and his eyes going pitch black. Chester flexed his wings. ‘At least my tail is gone.’

"Aw, I'll miss it." Jayden laughed.

Chester rolled his eyes. ‘Of course you will.’ He started walking up a flight of stairs. ‘I could always fly…’ he mused.
