Jayden paused. "I... I don't know. But we have to see each other in 3 weeks maximum to discuss the treaty, and you said you'd be here on my birthday, which would be the next week until my math skills are dead."

‘Oh, I’m definitely coming back for your birthday,’ Chester said, kissing Jayden’s forehead. ‘Hm, maybe two and a half weeks? After I get caught up with work?’

Jayd nodded. "Sounds good." He smiled, the smile quickly fading after a second or two as he started thinking.

Chester noticed his smile fade. ‘What’s wrong, love?’ he asked.

"What'll happen if you have a panic attack or.. Or a nightmare or something, and I can't help you with it? What'll you do?"

Chester paused. He was silent for a moment, burying his face in the crook of Jayden’s neck. ‘I don’t know,’ he mumbled. ‘Oliver will help me, I guess. O-Or Maeve.’

Jayd nodded in approval. "Ok. If anything bad happens, just write me a letter and I'll be on my way, ok?"
(aaand I'm gonna go for the night, bye!) -
Chester nodded. ‘Okay,’ he murmured, pulling the covers over them. ‘Let’s go to sleep now.’ He didn’t want to keep thinking about what he’d do without Jayden.
(Kk, gn!) -
Jayden nodded. "Night, love." He murmured softly.

Chester gave a small smile and snuggled into him. ‘G’night, love.’ He fell asleep a few minutes later.

Jayden held him tightly, not falling asleep for a little bit.

Chester held onto him in his sleep.

Jayden did as well, head on his chest.

The next morning, Chester’s grip on him tightened. He was holding onto Jayden tightly, probably squeezing the air out of him, with his face buried in his hair. His breathing was shaky. -
(omg I'm sorry I thought I said you could my bad-)
Jayd woke up after struggling to breathe for a bit, looking at his boyfriend. "Chester?" He said weakly, half because of morning voice, and half because he could hardly breathe, let alone talk. "You ok?"
