Chester nodded and sniffled, curling closer to him. -
Jayden frowned. "Chester, I don't believe that for a second. Also, I love you very much, but you're squeezing the air out of me and I can't breathe." He adjusted his position so he could look Chester in the eye, also loosening his grip on him by doing so. "What's wrong?"

Chester immediately loosened his grip of Jayden, but still held him close so it would be difficult for him to pull away. ‘Please don’t make me go back home,’ he whispered, letting out a choked sob.

Jayden tried to wiggle out of Chester's grip so he had more freedom to move around. Once he did, he cupped Chester's head in his hands. "Hey, I'm not making you do anything." He murmured. "But you have work to do, and so do I. We'll be seeing each other in person again before you even realize we were ever apart. And if anything- and I mean anything happens, just tell me and I'll be on my way, okay?"

Chester furiously wiped his tears, looking at Jayden. ‘B-But what if something happens? What if you can dad, o-or hurt, o-or something really bad happens like Astrid acts up or your parents get mad at you or Caden tries to hit you again.. I won’t be there to help!’

Jayden frowned, shaking his head. He wanted to think of something comforting like 'don't worry about me, I'm not getting hurt anytime soon' but he didn't know if that would work. He chose to do something else. "Chester?" -
(Idek what I was trying to type there-)
Chester sniffled. ‘Yeah?’ he mumbled, trying to calm down. -
(LMFAO)
"What color is your shirt?" -
Chester blinked at the sudden question, a little confused. He wiped his eyes and looked down, grip on Jayden loosening. ‘Black.’

Jayden nodded. "Yup. What color is your hair?"

Chester sniffled and looked back up at Jayden. ‘Black.’

Jayd smiled. "What color are your amazing boyfriends eyes?" He asked softly and for the record they're brown so don't bother checking my character description thingy.

Girl you said they were blue like 100 pages ago tf you mean. Chester blushed lightly, gazing into Jayden’s eyes. ‘Brown/blue,’ he mumbled.

Idgaf ok every blond kid has blue eyes including me a year ago ok I was just listening to Prom Queen when I wrote that. Jayden grinned. "There, you've stopped spiraling now. Now tell me what you're worried about, please."

Um ok man did your eyes just change colour or something that’s wild. So which colour are his- Chester snuggled closer to Jayden. ‘I’m scared something will happen to you and I won’t be able to do anything about it.’
