You don’t get to be sad it’s not good for you or I’ll make him sneeze again. Chester ate the food, relaxing in his arms.

Ugh fine... Jayden smiled, finishing his own food. "Do you want to set those fireworks off tonight?"

Cleverly nearly choked on his food. ‘Fireworks?!’

Jayd nodded. "Yeah. I got some fireworks yesterday, but we never set them off." He noticed Cleverly's reaction. "It's just small ones, don't worry."

Cleverly looked down at Chester. ‘Sire, you’re going to set off fireworks?!’
Chester nodded and continued eating. -
"We are?" Jayden beamed.

Chester did the cute sneeze thing bc I say so and nodded.

Jayden laughed. "Great!" He offered the last bit of the food to Chester. "Want to light them after this bite?"

Chester nodded and ate out of Jayden’s hand, finishing his meal.

Jayd grinned, picking him up gently and standing up. "Any of you guys coming with us?"

Maeve quickly stood up. ‘Me!’

"Knew you would." Jayden chuckled, looking at Oliver and Cleverly. "You guys want to join? We got sparklers..."

‘Hell no,’ Cleverly said, the moment Oliver said, ‘He’ll yes!’ and jumped off.
‘Are the sparklers for Chester because he’s a scaredy cat?’ Maeve asked. -
Jayden grinned before shrugging and looking at Chester. "Maybe. Maybe not."
